Cartoon Game ("us", "we", or "our") operates the website or application (the "Service").

Your year or date of birth is solely used for the purpose of child safety to comply with children protection acts in your country (see Child Safety section). It is only stored on your device.

We may use your email address to contact you with system messages related to app login failures such as forgetting your password. We may also send you emails with newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information that may be of interest to you. You may opt out of receiving any, or all, of these communications from us by following the unsubscribe link or instructions provided in the email we send.

Privacy Policy in the Application.

You can find the privacy policy in the application by pressing button Profile/Name (top right) and there is a link to the website with the Privacy Policy.

Microphone.

The app uses a microphone to record audio samples so that Potaty speaks in your voice. You decide whether you want to record your voice. The voice is recorded at school. If you don't record it, it will speak in its own voice.

Vibrations. 

Vibrations appear in the game when Potaty enters the pool. Vibrations are jaccuzi.

Usage Data

We may also collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Service or when you access the Service by or through a mobile device ("Usage Data").

This Usage Data may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

When you access the Service by or through a mobile device, this Usage Data may include information such as the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device unique ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser you use, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

Information Displayed

Upon registration, you are required to provide an email address. Your email is never shown publicly under any circumstance. You are also required to provide a unique nickname that will be publicly visible when we find it appropriate and/or permitted by you. It is your responsibility to chose a nickname that is different from your real name. We claim no responsibility for any damage done as a result to your name being exposed publicly.

Child Safety

We take your child's safety very seriously. We do our best to comply with your country's children protection acts and policies, including Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and GDPR. We ask the User's year or date of birth to determine if they are underage. If so, we:

• Block links to external websites that are not suitable for underage users
• Limit collection of children's personal data
• Limit social features that might contain user-generated content
• Only show child-safe advertisements

Delete Account

You may delete your Personal Data related to your account in the app by tapping on Profile and clear all information.

These third parties have access to your Personal Data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

We may use third-party Service Providers to show advertisements to you to help support and maintain our Service.
